 پیش از این طرح پرچمهای سیاه خراسان به عنوان ایده برتر جشنواره بین المللی آخرین منجی معرفی شده بود که همزمان با ولادت حضرت امام حسن مجتبی علیه السلام مشخصات کامل این طرح از طریق دبیر خانه جشنواره بین المللی آخرین منجی در دسترس عموم قرار گرفته است
